Tiger Fit

About Tiger Fit

Pigeon Forge Intermediate’s Tiger Fit club will begin during the second six weeks of school where students will be performing various fitness exercises including but not limited to; Tabata, Hiit, Yoga, sprint workouts,  endurance running, full-body workout, etc. Tiger Fit will physically enhance flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.

To be part of Tiger Fit, a student must be willing and able to: 

  • Be recommended by a teacher based on academic standing and responsibility. 
  • Be able to attend meetings regularly once a week. 
  • Be willing to participate in all physical activities performed each session.
